RVG Commercial owner and President Ed Kling has been a working in commercial property appraisal for more than 25 years, and has maintained the prestigious MAI designation since 2001. Ed established RVG in 2004, after working in conjunction with MAI Neil Steffens for more than 10 years.  The company has grown from a two-person operation to one with a diverse array of appraisers and support staff. It is also parent company of a commercial real estate brokerage, which also goes by RVG Commercial.

Ed has extensive experience as an appraiser, expert witness and property developer, and has created a special niche for RVG in the evaluation of special-use properties, including airports and marinas.
